NOTICE OF A MEETING OF HAGWORTHINGHAM PARISH COUNCIL
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN and Councillors are summoned to attend the meeting of Hagworthingham Parish Council that will be held on Monday 26 September 2022 at JJ’s Café, Main Road, Hagworthingham at 7.30 p.m. at which the under mentioned business will be transacted.
There will be a maximum 15 minute forum prior to the commencement of the meeting when members of the public may ask questions or make short representations to the Council. At the discretion of the Chairman there may be an additional 5 minutes at the end of the meeting at which members of the public can raise points relating to the meeting or items for consideration for inclusion on the next agenda.
Following which the Council will receive reports of the Police, County and District Councillors.

5. Village Renovations
(i) To receive an update on progress with renovation of village signs;
(ii) to further consider and decide upon a way forward for future maintenance of the green at Church Lane

(i) To receive any update on highways matters in general, including Mount Pleasant Lane road surface issues;
(ii) To receive feedback on recent CSW exercise;
(iii) To reschedule the missed Summer litter pick date;
(iv) Report progress on bin approval at Old Main Road;
(v) Update, if any, on ownership of bus shelter at George and Dragon
7. Financial Matters
(a) Monies at Bank (statements not up to date)
(b) To approve S.137 donation to The Poppy Appeal for poppy wreath - £20.00
(c) To approve payment of outstanding invoices (Appendix A attached)
(d) Update on progress with changing the Councillor nominated with the bank to receive statements/cheque books
(e) To progress additional bank signatories
8. Planning Matters
There are none.
9. Civility and Respect Charter Pledge
Councils are being asked to sign up to the Civility and Respect Pledge; Members are asked to consider and decide upon same.
10. To receive reports from Councillors relating to outstanding projects
To receive reports from Members relating to outstanding projects and requests for matters to be placed on the next agenda. No resolutions may be passed under this item.
11. To receive a report from the Clerk in relation to Council matters

The date of the next meeting of the Council is proposed as Monday 21 November 2022 JJ’s Café, at 7.00 p.m.
