not previously notified and/or consideration of any written request for Dispensation
4. Notes of the meeting of the Council held on Monday 22 February 2021 to be approved as
Minutes to be signed by the Chairman at a later date
5. Casual Vacancy
To consider and decide upon co-option to the current existing Casual Vacancy should any
candidates have come forward.
6. Highways Matters and Investment in Village Improvement Proposals
(i) To consider concerns over condition of some property/land in the village and highway verge
planting;
(ii) to consider quotes received for necessary repairs/redecoration of village gates, telephone box
and bus shelter;
(iii) to consider the refurbishment/replacement of the village signs;
(iv) update on repairs to noticeboards;
(v) to consider poor state of benches on Manor Road and Bond Hayes Lane;
(vi) update, if any, on request to LCC for grit bins to be sited at Mount Pleasant and Bond Hayes
Lane.
(vii) to further consider the proposal to replace some awkward stiles with kissing gates to facilitate
easier access for walkers and decide how to proceed.
7. Parish Land
To further consider the lease of the Parish Land and to decide how to proceed.
8. Update on Replacement of Defibrillator Cabinet and resiting of device to JJ’s Café
9. Parish Maps
To consider the parish maps offered for use by the Council and to decide how to proceed.
10. Financial Matters
(a) Monies at Bank
(b) To approve payment of outstanding invoices and payments already made
(c) Presentation of Accounts for 2020/21, which are to be formally accepted at the Annual Meeting
of the Parish Council due to be held in May, together with the Annual Governance and Accountability Return
(d) Bank signatories; update

The date of the Annual meeting of the Council is proposed as Tuesday 4 May 2021
(to commence not earlier than 7.15 p.m. but following the Annual Parish
Meeting which will be scheduled immediately prior) with zoom joining details to be provided
nearer the date.
