NOTICE OF A MEETING OF
HAGWORTHINGHAM PARISH COUNCIL
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN and Councillors are summoned to attend the meeting of Hagworthingham Parish Council that will be held on Monday 13 April 2025 at JJ’s Café, Main Road, Hagworthingham immediately following the Annual Parish Meeting scheduled for that date at 7.00 p.m., but not earlier than 7.15 p.m. at which the under mentioned business will be transacted.
There will be a maximum 15 minute forum prior to the commencement of the meeting when members of the public may ask questions or make short representations to the Council. At the discretion of the Chairman there may be an additional 5 minutes at the end of the meeting at which members of the public can raise points relating to the meeting or items for consideration for inclusion on the next agenda.

(c) To note the advice of 2026/27 contribution in respect of Parish Grass Cutting Agreement with
LCC in the sum of £1796.67.
(d) To note the addition of Cllr A Bruce as a bank signatory.
10. Planning Matters
To consider the following planning application with comments to be forwarded to the
Local Planning Authority:
Application reference 03516/25/FUL- Erection of a barn for event dining. - Stockwith Mill,
Harrington Road Hagworthingham
To note the following planning approval:
Application reference 03854/25/FUL - Erection of 4no. dwellings with associated garages and
construction of a vehicular access. LAND OFF BOND HAYES LANE HAGWORTHINGHAM –
APPROVED.
Hagworthingham Parish Council remained neutral in respect of this application.
11. To receive reports from Councillors relating to outstanding projects
To receive reports from Members relating to outstanding projects and requests for matters to be
placed on the next agenda. No resolutions may be passed under this item.

The date of the Annual meeting of the Council is proposed as Monday 18 May 2026 at JJ’s Café, to commence at 7.30 p.m.
