NOTICE OF A MEETING OF HAGWORTHINGHAM PARISH COUNCIL

 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN and Councillors are summoned to attend the meeting of Hagworthingham Parish Council that will be held on Monday 24 November 2025 at JJ’s Café, Main Road, Hagworthingham at 7.00 p.m. at which the under mentioned business will be transacted.

 

There will be a maximum 15 minute forum prior to the commencement of the meeting when members of the public may ask questions or make short representations to the Council.  At the discretion of the Chairman there may be an additional 5 minutes at the end of the meeting at which members of the public can raise points relating to the meeting or items for consideration for inclusion on the next agenda.

 

Following which the Council will receive reports of the County and District Councillors.

5.  Co-Option to Vacant Seats

To note the two vacant seats and to receive details of any person wishing to be considered for Co-Option.

 

6.   Electrical supply to the Manor Road defibrillator

To receive an update on billing arrangements for the electricity provision to the Manor Road defibrillator.

 

7.    Reactive Speed Indicator

      To note the response from LRSP to a query regarding calibration of the RSID and to consider 

      data retrieval from the device.

 

8.    LCC response to query around additional grass cutting provision at Linden Close

       To receive and note the response of LCC with regard to the residents’ request for additional grass cutting at Linden Close.

 

9.    Highways Matter

       To consider what could be asked of LCC with regard to the condition of Bond Hays Lane.

 

10.  Financial Matters

    (a)  Monies at Bank

    (b)  To approve payment of outstanding invoices (as per Appendix A)

    (c)  To receive and decide upon budget/precept proposal for 2026/27

    (d)  To receive an update on progress with additional bank signatories

 

11.  Planning Matters

     To consider a response in relation to the following application:

The date of the next meeting of the Parish Council is proposed as Monday 12 January 2026 to commence at 7.00 p.m. in JJ’s Café (subject to there being sufficient business to transact).
