NOTICE OF A MEETING OF
HAGWORTHINGHAM PARISH COUNCIL
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN and Councillors are summoned to attend the meeting of Hagworthingham Parish Council that will be held on Monday 25 November 2024 at JJ’s Café, Main Road, Hagworthingham at 7.00 p.m. at which the under mentioned business will be transacted.
There will be a maximum 15 minute forum prior to the commencement of the meeting when members of the public may ask questions or make short representations to the Council. At the discretion of the Chairman there may be an additional 5 minutes at the end of the meeting at which members of the public can raise points relating to the meeting or items for consideration for inclusion on the next agenda.
Following which the Council will receive reports of the Police, County and District Councillors.

3. Declarations of Disclosable Pecuniary Interest in accordance with the Localism Act 2011 not previously notified and/or consideration of any written request for Dispensation
4. Notes of the meeting of the Council held on Monday 14 October 24 to be approved as Minutes and signed by the Chairman
5. Co-Option to Vacant Seat
To note the vacant seats and to receive details of any person wishing to be considered for Co-Option.
6. Electrical supply to the Manor Road defibrillator
To receive an update on billing arrangements for the electricity provision to the Manor Roaddefibrillator.
7. MP Community Summit
To note the attendance of Cllrs Hewitt and Clayton at the upcoming MP’s Community Summit in December regarding support for pensioners and families and to consider any questions Members may wish them to ask.
8. Current Consultations
To note the current consultations and consider whether individual or corporate responses should be made.
(i) Enabling remote attendance and proxy voting at local authority meetings
(ii) ELDC review of support for Towns and Parishes
9. Additional Benches
A request for seating at the bus shelter on Church Lane has been received; Members are asked toconsider and decide how to proceed, as appropriate.

(a) Monies at Bank
(b) To approve payment of outstanding invoices (as per Appendix A)
(c) To receive and decide upon budget/precept proposal for 2025/26
(d) To note future bank charges to be imposed on certain transactions
11. Planning Matters
To note full planning permission in relation to the following applications:
(i)S/070/01346/24 | Planning Permission - Erection of a stable block. | PARTRIDGE HURN, DEEP
LANE, HAGWORTHINGHAM, SPILSBY, PE23 4LZ - APPROVED
(ii) S/070/01336/24 | Planning Permission - Erection of a manege for private use. | PARTRIDGE
HURN, DEEP LANE, HAGWORTHINGHAM, SPILSBY, PE23 4LZ – Note: amended to remove
provision of external flood lights. – APPROVED
Hagworthingham Parish Council supported these applications.
(iii) ELDC advice of inspection of untidy grade 11 listed building – White Cottage, Manor Road,
Hagworthingham.
To note inspector’s report that the site is no longer considered to be untidy.
12. To receive reports from Councillors relating to outstanding projects
To receive reports from Members relating to outstanding projects and requests for matters to be placed on the next agenda. No resolutions may be passed under this item.
13. To receive reports from the Clerk in relation to Council matters

15. To confirm the date of the next meeting of the Council
The date of the next meeting of the Parish Council is proposed as Monday 13 January 2025 to commence at 7.00 p.m. in JJ’s Café (subject to there being sufficient business to transact).
