WILL BE HELD ON
MONDAY 13 April 2026
AT JJ’S CAFÉ, HIGH STREET,
HAGWORTHINGHAM
AT 7.00 P.M.
ALL ELECTORS FOR THE PARISH ARE
INVITED TO ATTEND
The business to be transacted at the meeting will be as follows:
1. Minutes of the last Annual Parish Meeting –
14 April 2025
2. Reports of the Chairman and Clerk and RFO covering
the activities of the Parish Council followed by any
questions
3. To receive reports of County and District Councillors
4. To highlight two vacancies to be filled by Co-
Option. Nominations from qualifying
candidates are invited to be notified to the Clerk.
5. Any reports of local charities and community groups
(including the proposed acquisition of The George & Dragon
for the Community) (all invited)
6. Open forum
