April 2024 Agenda Annual Parish Meeting
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE HAGWORTHINGHAM
ANNUAL PARISH MEETING
WILL BE HELD ON MONDAY 8th April 2024 AT JJ’S CAFÉ, HIGH STREET, HAGWORTHINGHAM AT 7.00 P.M.
ALL ELECTORS FOR THE PARISH ARE INVITED TO ATTEND
The business to be transacted at the meeting will be as follows:
1. Minutes of the last Annual Parish Meeting – 22 May 2023
2. Reports of the Chairman, Clerk and RFO covering the activities of the Parish Council, District and County Councillors and the Police, followed by any questions
3. To highlight one vacancy to be filled by Co-Option. Nominations from qualifying candidates are invited to be notified to the Clerk.
4. Any reports of local charities and community groups (all invited)
5. Open forum – to include discussion and views on the proposal to site a second defibrillator in the village.
