May 2023 Notice Annual Parish Meeting
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE HAGWORTHINGHAM ANNUAL PARISH MEETING WILL BE HELD ON MONDAY 22nd May 2023 AT JJ’S CAFÉ, HIGH STREET, HAGWORTHINGHAM AT 6.30 P.M.
ALL ELECTORS FOR THE PARISH ARE INVITED TO ATTEND
The business to be transacted at the meeting will be as follows:
1. Minutes of the last Annual Parish Meeting – 16th May 2022
2. Reports of the Chairman, Clerk and RFO covering the activities of the Parish Council, District and County Councillors and the Police, followed by any questions
3. To acknowledge the newly elected Parish Council and highlight three vacancies to be filled by Co-Option at the Annual Meeting to be held immediately following this meeting. Nominations from qualifying candidates are invited to be notified to the Clerk.
4. Any reports of local charities and community groups (all invited)
5. Open forum
