NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE HAGWORTHINGHAM
ANNUAL PARISH MEETING
WILL BE HELD ON MONDAY 11th APRIL 2022 AT JJ’S CAFÉ, HIGH STREET, HAGWORTHINGHAM AT 7.00 P.M.
ALL ELECTORS FOR THE PARISH ARE INVITED TO ATTEND
The business to be transacted at the meeting will be as follows:
1. Minutes of the last Annual Parish Meeting – 4th May 2021
2. Reports of the Chairman, Clerk and RFO covering the activities of the Parish Council, District and County Councillors and the Police, followed by any questions
3. To further consider replacement village signs and the way forward for consultation with local residents
4. Any reports of local charities and community groups (all invited)
5. Open forum
