NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE HAGWORTHINGHAM
ANNUAL PARISH MEETING
WILL BE HELD ON MONDAY 4th MARCH 2019 AT JJ’S CAFÉ, HIGH STREET, HAGWORTHINGHAM AT 7.00 P.M.
ALL ELECTORS FOR THE PARISH ARE INVITED TO ATTEND
The business to be transacted at the meeting will be as follows:
1. Minutes of the last Annual Parish Meeting – 9th April 2018
2. Reports of the Chairman, Clerk and RFO covering the activities of the Parish Council, District and County Councillors and the Police, followed by any questions
3. Update on the operation of SID reactive speed indicator device and Community Speedwatch scheme proposed for the village
4. Discussion around Community Led Housing/ Affordable Homes
5. Any reports of local charities and community groups (all invited)
6. Open forum
