The business to be transacted at the meeting will be as follows:
1. Minutes of the last Annual Parish Meeting – 4th March 2019 to be signed by the Chairman at a later date
2. Reports of the Chairman and the Clerk and RFO covering the activities of the Parish Council, followed by any questions
Please note that due to Purdah restrictions in force until 6 May 2021 there will be no reports of District and County Councillors or the Police.
3. Village Signs – to consider the renewal of the village signs and what approach to take
4. Any reports of local charities and community groups (all invited)
5. Open forum
